Shipping Information
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, confirming that your order has been successfully received.
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday).
If you place your order before 3:00 PM (GMT), it will be processed on the same day.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.
Delivery can be expected within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, and shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery Delays
If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact us with your order number so that we may investigate.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email help@wentworthlondon.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please take photographs and send them to help@wentworthlondon.com, including your order number.
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
